S/He is responsible for everything that undergoes with the ownership, management, regular business dealings, corporate governances, structural, and functional operation of the company. ·         Change of name or company address – It is the duty of a CS to look over the changes about to be made on a company name or its address. 

·         Ensuring that the company is complying with the law and rules specified by the HK government.

·         Share allotment/Transfer of shares – All decisions related to share allotment or transfer of shares should pass through the CS.
